As a cat lover, a young lady had always dreamed of getting a new cat. So as a surprise on her birthday, her boyfriend took her to the local shelter to look for a cat.
As they walked through the kennels, a little black and white kitten called Luna caught their eyes.

This fluffy kitten began meowing and pawing at the cage to get their attention.
Then she looked directly into their eyes as if to say”take me home with you.”
That was it! The young lady was instantly smitten with Luna.
She then leaned against the cage looking for love and snuggles and started tapping her paw again st the bars.
When they took her out of the cage she cuddled up to her human and wouldn’t let go.
This lovely kitty had made her choice and the couple couldn’t say no.
So they filled out the adoption papers and realised that this was turning into the best birthday ever, the little black and white kitten was the best birthday gift that she’s ever had.
Luna wasn’t quite ready to go home with them yet, she still needed to have spay surgery, but the couple visited her every day for cuddles until she was ready to go home.
Finally the day came, and Luna was on her way to her forever home.
It didn’t take long for her to settle in and she was very pleased with her new surroundings.
She soon discovered that one of her favorite places was to take a nap on her human dad!
Luna had definitely made the right choice, she was so happy with her new family.
